This is the complete kit? So that with this kit it will be able to go onto my 2014 899 panigale without any other parts i would have to buy in order to make it go on?

There are no additional parts required to fit this on your machine. The only real concern is that you'll be re-using the OEM Ducati clutch cover O-ring. So long as that's in good shape, you won't need any other parts.
