Each side rail is designed with 5052 aluminum and bent at the bottom to fit the contour of the factory rail while stiffening it to add durability where it is needed most. The billet grab bar and raised brackets are built with 6061-T6 aluminum for extra strength at the higher impact points. The raised handle provides better access for support in grabbing it when snow is packed under the tunnel. Lastly, ZBROZ added cut notch marks on the sides rails and corresponding rivet holes for the raised grab handle brackets to accommodate a 3" and 6" tunnel cut.
