hello, what makes this wheel chock removable? does it separate from the base?

Answer QuestionPingel's removable wheel chocks for corrugated floors come with a hardware kit that you you are to bolt onto your trailer's floor. Once that's affixed, you simply lock the wheel chock into the footing kit, add the included thumbscrew to secure it in place and you're all set. It might take ten minutes to install everything, but after that, it's ten seconds to remove or install the wheel chock itself. When the chock isn't in place, there's a long transverse bar (seen in the product photo) and a separate mount block for the forward-mounted thumbscrew left in place. It's a really nice setup.
