Did not line up very well on my TW 200 but was close enough, just like every exhaust system ever. Sound is nice and not that loud. Quality is excellent.

Been running DG for along time, good product.

The exhaust sounds great. Unfortunately I was missing a screw to secure the heat shield panel. It would be nice if they included decent instructions, but it was not hard to install.

Answer QuestionNo, quite the opposite actually. Every exhaust we sell is going to, at the very least, have the same sound output as stock. Most of them, especially the full exhaust systems, are going to be louder than the original pipes they replace. For those wanting a quiet machine, it's always best to stick with the stock exhaust system.

Answer QuestionYes, if you were to select the 1996 Yamaha TW200 slip-on muffler from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct exhaust to fit your Yamaha.

Answer QuestionAssuming you're replacing the stock muffler on your biker, you are to re-use the clamp on the intake-side of the muffler. Just slip the muffler in place of the stock one, re-use the existing mounting hardware and you should be all set! No welding required.

Answer QuestionYes it will. Just choose the 2023 Yamaha XT250 exhaust system from our fit guide and you'll receive the correct components to fit your machine.
