Yes, these twist grip sensors plug straight into the OEM wire harness and will work with the stock cruise control system on any machine that comes from the factory equipped as such.
if it comes de pinned, how do you know what slots to put the wires in does anybody have a diagram?

These twist grip sensors come with instructions that indicate exactly where to put the pins upon installation. It makes replacing the OEM Harley-Davidson twist grip sensor really easy and there are no special tools required.
will it work with heated grips? will it pull easy thru the bars? will it come depinned? also is it long enough for 10 inch bars?

All Namz twist grip position sensor kits come with a OEM-type 2-wire heated grip connector, so you're all set there. The larger throttle sensor connector is not connected to the harness, de-pinned, as you say - so it makes pulling the harness through the handlebars pretty easy. The heated grip connector is assembled, but it's small enough to make pulling it through a non-issue.
Whether or not it's long enough for your particular handlebars is difficult to say without knowing what machine it is that you have, what handlebars you're using &etc. I can tell you that the harness is the same length as stock, so if you need more cable, you can find that on our Namz Plug-N-Play Handlebar Wiring Extension Kit page. With those two kits, you'll have everything you need to install your bars.
