These GEN2 Neighbor Haters feature everything that made the O.G. Neighbor Haters so great and added the visual appeal of Cobra's 909 Upper Cut mufflers. After all, it's about sound AND style. Each second generation Upper Cut Neighbor Hater starts with a 4.5-inch round black steel sleeve muffler body that's tipped with a slanted end cap. The end cap is angled to perfectly match that of the stock saddlebags and is especially suited to fit in with many aftermarket extended bags, too. These new Upper Cut mufflers deliver that familiar NH muffler sonic BOOM that made the original Cobra NH mufflers famous!

Love the look and sound of these slip ons. Even just removing stock exhaust without removing cats made a huge difference. My 2022 Roadglide Special 114 sounds like a Harley should. And not loud enough to make my Neighbors Hate Me.

Answer QuestionCobra GEN2 Upper Cut Neighbor Hater exhaust baffles are secured in place with a single screw that you can reach from the outside rear portion of the muffler. For best results, if you're not going to pull the exhaust baffles right away, make sure you put a touch of anti-seize on those bolts before you put the pipes on your bike. It'll save you a lot of frustration later on!
