Yes, this unit comes with a brand new gasket already installed in the cover.

This kit does not include clamps for the air filter element. The hose is a 1/4" inside diameter affair, so anything with a diameter slightly above that would be best. Personally, I prefer Motion Pro Oetiker Stepless Clamps as they've never failed in any of my builds. You'll want to choose the 7.8mm-9.5mm size in order to work with this particular kit. Otherwise, any stainless steel hose clamp will do the trick.
