Without knowing what machine it is that you have, I can't say for sure, exactly - where the components in the kit will be fitted. Generally, they're mounted on the floor or rear firewall of the cab closest to the engine. All of the shielding is fixed with a strong adhesive that's applied to the backing of every piece. So long as the surface on which you're mounting everything is cleaned up before installation, this stuff stays where you put it without the need for cutting or drilling.
