The Air Stinger air cleaner kit takes the existing high-flow Stealth air cleaner design and replaces the air smoothing stinger with a similarly shaped filter element. More filter surface equals a significant gain over a factory filter on your machine. The Air Stinger filter element is washable so you can make it last for years.

Will this give my 117 better performance

With properly matched fuel delivery, yes, you can expect some improvement for engine performance. The critical word here is "tune" since, whenever you change the way air gets into, or out of, the engine, you should adjust fuel delivery as well to get the most out of the upgrade. We recommend the Vance & Hines FP4 for most applications since it's easy to install and configure for your bike's exact configuration.
