I bought this ignition switch for my 2006 FXSTSI. The original ignition switch still worked, but the switch had to be in the perfect position or the bike didn't get power. This switch was easy to install and works perfectly. I no longer have to find the perfect position for the switch to bring power to the bike. I've now ridden the bike several hundred miles since changing the switch and it actually feels like the bike runs better than it did with the original switch.
