Does this have the same clearance as the OEM bracket for the rear floorboards?

I have a 2005, HD Electra glide standard FLHT and had purchased a bracket for the rear floorboard but doesn't have enough space to fold up without hitting the derby cover and heat shield.
Answer QuestionWhen adjusted correctly, you won't have any problem with the pegs running into the derby cover. The heat shield may be another matter, but only if you're using an aftermarket exhaust since these, as I'm sure you understand, are only tested on machines of the stock configuration. So, I can't say for sure on that second part unless, of course, you have the OEM exhaust on your bike. If that's the case, then you shouldn't have a clearance problem there, either.
