Answer QuestionIt depends on what you're riding. The newer Twin Cam models (2006 Dyna, 2007+ Touring/Softail) models have tensioners that are sold as a set. The older Twin Cams' chain tensioners are sold individually, for whatever reason. For those, you'd need to add the primary and secondary tensioners to your order to replace both of them on your bike.
