Is this the front brake switch?

This particular switch replaces OEM part number 71484-72A. Depending on what machine it is that you have, it could be a front brake switch, horn button or turn signal button. Without knowing what bike it is that you have, I can't say for sure. Just reference that part number on your particular bike's OEM parts diagram and you'll see where it's to be used.
