XR 650L lowering link

By   on  Verified Purchaser

Don't generally write reviews however, this product is of good quality it does not come with any directions. There are needle bearings so they do need to be greased there's no zerk fittings. You'll need to keep your dust covers and reinstall them. The inserts that go into the roller bearing assembly were a little too long so I had to grind an eighth of an inch off. I used my pinky to apply the grease to the needle bearings however in hindsight I would have used a heat heat gun to liquefy the grease somewhat.

Worth the money!

Worth the money to add to your XR. I'm 6'/210 and I feel more confident with the bike. Just remember when installing, both bolts are not the same length. Remember which one goes where!

I am happy with overall outcome

By   on  Verified Purchaser

No instructions included, a little pricey, no lubrication instructions. I am happy with overall outcome however.

2005 Honda CRF450X

Quality is great, but I don't "feel" it's the 1.75 drop they claim.

PSR MX Lowering Link

Thought it would lower my xr650 a little bit more but it did what it was advertised to do.

2013 Honda 650XRL lowering link

By   on  Verified Purchaser

Wow, what a huge difference. I am 5'10" and was always balanced on my toes. Now the ball of my feet are on the ground when stopped. Much more stable and comfortable. Riding position is more comfortable for me also. Super easy install. Great product at a good price.

Excellent!

By   on  Verified Purchaser

Purchased and installed on my 03 xr650r. I am 5’10” and struggled with the height of my bike. The 1.5” lowering makes all the difference in the world. I also dropped the forks 1” center of gravity is awesome. Improved my whole riding experience 100%, great product, a lot less money than competitors.
