Michelin Anakee Wilds, in their native habitat

I've put roughly 1200 Miles on this tire, mostly through the Wyoming mountains and lowlands. So far, it has performed much better than the stock tires offroad on surfaces like mud, sand and loose rock. We also went through rivers without issue. The stock Pirelli tires were not fun in sand or mud. These tires are just a little less confident than the stock tires on road. They handle well, just not quite as well for road manners. I can see these tires being viable through 3,000-3,500 miles. Wear so far is mostly contained in the rear, having to carry a fully loaded Yamaha Tenere 700 with top and soft side bags.
