Will this direct bolt on to my 84 200es honda big red

Do I have to do any cutting, welding,or modify this muffler in any way to put on my 84 200es honda big red atc?

So long as you have a stock exhaust system on that 1984 Big Red currently, you should have no problem replacing the stock muffler with this slip-on muffler.
