The function is awesome! On the downside, there seems to be enough wiggle room with the pads, that there's a chatter. Other than that, there's no problem with function and a very solid grip.

Will these calipers work well with the stock setup? Do they use the same pads (to fit clips)?

Yes indeed, these brake calipers are designed to work with the OEM front end on any machine you select from our fit guide, including the 2012 Fat Boy. Simply re-use the stock banjo bolt and brake line for fitting the caliper, bleed it correctly and hit the road! As far as brake pads go, same deal there - they're compatible with the same brake pads that fit the stock brake calipers. This makes swapping out pads for your favorite setup a straightforward affair.
