I'm looking for some valve springs For my bike and would like to know if these valve springs will work with my Andrews evo27 cam

The EV27 cam for Evolution Engines, assuming it's the one you bought from us recently - has a max valve lift of .495" while these springs are designed to handle up to .550" - so yes, these valve springs would absolutely work for your needs.
