I had a S&S 1200 upgrade done to my 2016 883 Iron, Will the N4 cams work with this set up? Is there any additional Items that might need changing?

S&S big bore kits for the 883 work with pretty much everything that fits OEM 1200cc XL models, including these cams. You shouldn't have any problem fitting these to your machine. Other than adjusting fuel delivery to get the most out of the cams, you really don't need anything else other than gaskets for doing the actual installation.
