Yeah, higher compression and bigger bore is going to result in a noticeable jump in power. Especially when it the bike is tuned properly to add the fuel needed it should make some good numbers.
I have heard there is problem with failure putting these on a 96 when having to high of compression. Have your company had problems with this?

S&S does recommend that this kit not be used if you're planning on having higher than 10:1 compression ratio for Trike or Tri Glide models. They also mention that it is not compatible with the S&S Super Stock 79cc heads.
