For the H-D Milwaukee Eight engine, Cobra modified the PowerPort by enlarging it to become a pulse chamber that accelerates exhaust scavenging. This design produces the kind of power riders expect. I paired these headers up with the cobra 909 upper cut slip on and an Arlen Ness air cleaner, the result is fantastic. Great sound when you roll on it, but quite enough to easily hear the stereo while cruising. I have more power and torque along with better fuel mileage. I highly recommend these headers. I wish I could post a picture hear cause the chrome is flawless and they look great.

These pipes make my Road King sound great. I have read reviews that don't give these the credit they deserve but friends I ride with, don't want to ride behind me because combined with the Neighbor Hater tips, the sound is really deep and powerful.
The only reason I didn't rate this a five is because the factory didn't tighten the bung plugs in the pipes so one of them fell out. It cost me 24.00 to replace the bung plug and wait for the plug to arrive.
Word of warning, make sure you tighten the bung plugs and a little thread locker wouldn't hurt.
