This is my second set of 909s and I think they are a good value with an awesome sound. At idle they produce a low tone rumble and at WOT the scream. The 909 upper cuts fit the Harley Special saddle bags lines perfect. I have these installed with the Cobra true power duals.

This is my second set of Cobra 909 uppercut mufflers. I love the deep base rumble they produce. For my taste they are are plenty loud. I can come home late at night and not be considered that guy with obnoxious loud pipes. I have them installed on both my 2019 RK Special and a Road Glide Special. Both pipes are installed on Cobras power duals.

I have V&H Dresser duals headers with the new Cobra Uppercuts and the mufflers are not much different than stock. The chrome is not as good as I think it could be the copper seems to bleed through around the mounts. Mufflers are too short in my opinion.

I like these because of the cut and looks like it will go good with my extended saddlebags, but I like the reviews I’ve read for the neighbor haters. Just want to to m le if these are as loud as the neighbor haters. Thank you
Answer QuestionIf you're after the loudest pipes out there, the Neighbor Haters are where it's at. Those mufflers are just built to be as loud as possible. There is no substitute, save for running open headers. That said, the 909 system does amp out the volume, compared to stock, and they do sound good as well. No, they're not as loud as the Neighbor Haters, they're certainly stout, in terms of sound output. Yeah, I know - perhaps not exactly the answer you're looking for, but really, I'm with you in the looks department having the end caps match up with the saddlebags. That, in itself, may be worth the price of admission.

i don't want very loud pipes but i also don't want to loose alot of hp.
Answer QuestionThey will both have similar power outputs on a stock motorcycle. The RPT mufflers will shine at higher RPMS on a race built engine. Stock to stock the difference in power would be negligible.
