will these bar end mounts fit a tapered wall handlebar ?

pro taper, renthal ?

Yes, the taper-lock design on the band ends are designed to fit pretty much every type of handlebar on the market that uses 7/8" grips, including ProTaper and Renthal bars. Mind you, these are just the replacement bars for machines already equipped with Moose Contour Handguards, there are no inner clamps included with these bars. So long as that's what you've got on your machine already, you should have no problem fitting these for your particular application.

I bought contour orange hand guards do I need additional parts to. Mount them?

This is just a replacement mount bar for an already existing set of Moose Countour Handguards that may have been damaged from a tree or crash. They will not include clamps or mounts only the pieces show in the image.
