The JIM's Shifter Shaft Sleeve installation tool did exactly as advertised. Heavy steel construction and well made. Instructions were NOT for my Heritage Softail. But with study, it worked great.

A must have tool

This tool works great if you want to replace your inner primary shifter shaft bushings to eliminate your shifter shaft slop. Apply some wheel bearing grease to bushings after you install them and I would also inspect the shifter shaft that passes through them. I installed a Pringle shaft that had a grease fitting on the end so I can grease the shaft and bushings when I do my 5,000 mile service.
