Motul Factory Motocool can be used on pretty much any liquid-cooled machine on the market. However, for maximum effectiveness, it's highly recommended that you flush your entire cooling system with distilled watered so as to remove all of the old coolant in the system. Once you've done that, you can certainly add this coolant and expect it to perform as advertised. Just be sure to order the correct volume for your needs, as this is only sold in a one liter bottle size.
