will these fir knurled aftermarket handlebar?

So long as the handlebars you have are 7/8" in diameter, these grips will indeed fit your bars. The knurling doesn't add diameter to the bars, so knurled or not - so long as they're 7/8" in diameter, you should have no problem fitting these grips to your machine.
