Exact fit. I do wish these came with the clips like a car set dose but it worked and fit nicely I can't comment on longevity because my project isn't done yet but it will get me going.

Brake pads only came with one side. Thinking order front brakes for an ATV you would get both sides but it is what it is.

Nice purchase. The pads were way cheaper than the OE pads and they work as good or better than the originals. Installation was simple, avoided the dealer and saved mightily.

Answer QuestionSorry for your troubles. As is noted in the item's description, these brake pads are sold per-caliper. Furthermore, once you select the 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 Mean Streak from our fit guide, you'll see a message that says "Two sets required." The Mean Streak uses four individual brake pads per caliper, which is why four pads are shown. The reason they're sold per-caliper is due to the fact that the same pads may fit a different machine that has only one front brake caliper. Again - sorry for the confusion, you'll see that once you get the old pads off you'll need all four of the little pads to get the job done on one of the front calipers.

Replacing pads on the front and rear of a 1984 Honda VF700F Interceptor.
Answer QuestionThese brake pads use an aramidic fiber compound friction material which makes them organic compound brake pads. They are not sintered metal brake pads.

Answer QuestionCompared to OEM pads, they're roughly equivalent to the running life of the stock pads when used on stock brake rotors, in terms of longevity. If you're looking for something that's going to last a little longer than stock, check out the BikeMaster Sintered Brake Pads. The sintered metal brake pad compound is going to bit a little more aggressive in terms of braking power, which for most riders, means less for is applied at the lever, so the pads tend to last a little longer than the stock items.
