Nice Japanese parts. Quality control seems to be top notch. More than likely from the same company that produces oem valves. Mine came with a black coating, which I assume is to help with break-in and wear. No need to be concerned about ordering these over the more expensive oem like I was, you won't be disappointed.

Is this just 1 intake and 1 exhaust valve or is it all 4

As is noted in the item's description, each kit comes with one intake and one exhaust valve. If your machine has four valves, you'd need to purchase a quantity of two in order to replace them all.
