Yes, the winch would come with everything needed for installation other than a mount. You would need to purchase a mount separately for the machine you plan on putting the winch on.

Will this fit properly with my King Quad 500 ? And is the mounting bracket included?

You should have no problem fitting this winch to a Suzuki KingQuad 500, provided you have the correct mounting kit to go with it. That piece is sold separately, but can easily be found on our Quadboss Winch Mount page. With those two items, you'll have everything you need for fitting this winch to your machine.
