Does this only include the seat cover or is it the full seat?

Gripper seat covers from Cycle Works are just that - covers for your seat. You are to re-use the underlying foam piece and everything below that. It allows you to repair a torn seat or add a seat cover with more grip to your machine at a fraction of the cost to replace the entire thing.
