Do they have to come with the points at end

Yes the end of grips that are pointing is out of style and obnoxious. Can they be replaced.

Apparently, Mr. Trotta doesn't do anything but grips with a pointed end. And they're all machined as one piece, so it's not possible to easily remove them with, for example, using a lathe.
