Fits 2022 FLTRX Roadglide perfect. Replaces junk stock suspension. Tried the lowering blocks first, what a mistake. Shocks worth the money and you will be much happier.

Bought these to lower my 2020 street glide special because I am a little vertically challenged. Easy to install. It did lower me down a good inch or so? So far so good!

Great shocks. Lowered the bike and it looks great. I'M 6' 2", 265lbs, adjusted the pre load 2 clicks before even getting on the bike. Rides great, even better than the stock air shocks. Very happy so far.

Perfect fit. Looks great on my 2013 Electra Glide. Slammed it.

Easy install, shocks look good and gave my bike a nice low look. You do give up some of the comfort from the 13in factory shocks but that's the trade off. I'm please with my purchase.

Love my 04 Road King! It was a little tall for me so I replaced the 12.5" air shocks with Burly Slammer 10.5" shocks. Made a world of difference for me. So far the ride is very good. Problem solved!

Needed to lower my bike and these shocks did the trick. The Street Glide was too high for me and these lowered it 2 1/2 inches.

Installed easy breezy and was exactly what I expected.

Answer QuestionIf you're looking for a smoother ride than stock, these shocks probably aren't going to be much of an improvement. They could be a slight improvement, especially if you're still riding on the original shocks and they've never been serviced. This is due to the fact that they're valved to work with a bike that's lowered without compromising the ride you have on a bike that's otherwise stock. If you're after an overall better ride, then your best bet is to stick with aftermarket shocks that are of the same length as the OEM parts on your bike (13" in the case of the 2004 Harley Davidson FLTR Road Glide OEM shocks). With that kind of setup, you can certainly expect a ride that's much, MUCH improved over the stock suspension components.

What preload is on the shocks out of the box. I'm only 130 lbs
Answer QuestionWithout knowing what machine it is that you have, I can't say for sure. I can tell you that the included instructions will indicate exactly how to setup the shocks for your particular weight. Since you're on the lighter side, you won't have any problem getting the ride height correct for your weight.

Answer QuestionYes, absolutely. If you were to select the 2023 Harley Davidson FLHTK Electra Glide Ultra Limited Slammer shocks from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct parts to fit your bike.

Will this make any difference when going around turn when you drop from a 13 to a 10/12
Answer QuestionYes, you're going to lose ground clearance. For many riders, this isn't that much of a problem. If you're just cruising, they're great, but if you're an aggressive rider that enjoys twisty roads, you may want to consider standard-length Harley Road King shocks instead of these. The reduced ground clearance can be an issue for some guys.

Answer QuestionYou won't be able to adjust preload on these shocks by hand, however, they do ship with a C-spanner wrench which you can easily carry with you in your saddlebags. With that, you'll easily be able to adjust preload whenever you want.

Answer QuestionThat's correct - there's no provision airing up these shocks. They're a sealed design that works like conventional shocks. No muss, no fuss - just bolt 'em on and you're all set!

Answer QuestionWe have a few options from Arlen Ness, Drag Specialties and Pingel. You can find them in the "Swingarm and Frame" subsection of the website under your 2017 Harley Davidson FLHR Road King.

Answer QuestionYou should have no problem installing these shocks to a 2019 Harley Davidson FLHRXS Road King Special. The suspension has yet to change between 2018-2019 Harley Davidson FLHRXS Road King Special models.
