Kibblewhite Valve Guide Ball Hone

BC Series Flex-Hone are manufactured by Brush Research (BRM) for KPMI. The BC Series Flex-Hone tool is designed for use on any type or size of valve guide. This guide hone is designed for surface finishing and cross hole deburring. Although Ball Hones have many uses, KPMI offers them primarily to be used after a guide has been reamed. Using a Ball Hone after reaming creates a uniform surface free of irregularities, which improves surface contact and reduces the risk of galling or seizure.
