Namura Top End Repair Piston Kit

Went right together, all I had to do was hone the cylinders bolt it together and send it. Nice quality parts as well, skirts and crown coated.

Ring end gap is perfect as per Honda spec. Piston is forged. Came with complete quality top end gasket set. Fit is perfect. Saved a substantial amount going with this forged kit as opposed to the W brand.

Just finished the build today all the parts fit great and the engine run great, well pleased with the parts.

I have about 500 hours on a fresh rebuild using a Namura piston. Cylinder was replated so probably helped but it was rode hard overheated a few times and 2+ years later it got hot and is low on power.

Everything fit like it should. Will be using daily on an upcoming hunting trip which will tell the tale.

I had ordered from another "cheaper" company and was so confused I ordered the wrong item ! When I ordered from parts giant there was no doubt I would receive what I needed! The parts fit perfectly and the sxs is up and running again!

This is my first experience using Namura piston/ring sets. They look like good quality units at a great price. . My RZR 4 800 is running great! The only down side is wrist pin cir clips and installation. I think the clips should have an automotive style snap ring.

Don’t know about long term how it’s gonna do but I bought for my sons 2003 raptor80 that I just got him. It had never had the oil changed so the piston and rings were destroyed in it. Took some 60 grit sand paper to the cylinder wall and dremel to the rod for the wrist pin to go back in but for now it’s working

Worked great, got it running last night. It sounds like it has a lot of power, still putting it together, will know how much at a later date.

Kit was as expected. In the future the kit should come with Valve guide seals. Other brands of complete gaskets set include them.

Put quiet a bit of stress on the piston. It's a great piston! Rebuilt my engine from the crank bearing, rod, piston and it's running strong!

Much better than factory! Quality materials great design. Rings, gaskets, piston, and wrist pin are in place and running. You won't be disappointed if your doing a top end rebuild and want a touch of a upgrade.

I didn't notice it was a +1mm kit so thats my fault. But it came faster than predicted for sure. Shipping was quick the parts are pristine. Didn't know this either but the Namura pistons are now forged? Never used to be. So that's also a plus. Also this whole kit was also cheaper than just a Wiseco forged piston by itself. Would've been a great buy for me if i had read a little bit more into the +1mm.

Best price. They last long to and come with all gaskets, even with valve stem seals.

Rings failed after 10 mins of idling with minor rips on the throttle. 40lbs on compression test.
