Cobra Neighbor Hater Slip-On Exhaust

I've had these mufflers on 2 other Harleys and love the sound. My neighbors about half mile away always know when I'm heading to work at 5:30 am. They don't mind the loudness. Would definitely buy again

The Neighbor Haters sound good on my Harley but on installation I had to file the mounting brackets bolt holes on the lower muffler because with the mufflers slipped on all the way the holes didn't line up with the motorcycle frame bolt holes. Also it would be nice if the mufflers would come with the slip in gaskets. I was told that if you're careful you could take the gaskets out of the original mufflers and reuse them. That was impossible without destroying them so went to Harley dealer and bought new ones. Also had to take saddle bag off and glue a heat resistant shield on the bottom because the upper muffler is shorter than the original and doesn't have a heat shield so was making the bottom of the saddle bag really hot. I ride a 2023 Harley Davidson Classic.

Made my 09 heritage sound like a real Harley. Almost perfect, but I would take it down a decibel or two if I could.

Pipes look and sound great. The only down side if you want to call it that is you need to also order the gaskets/ bushings. It's easier to replace them than it is to get them out of your stock mufflers! They sound great! Not obnoxious but has a definite deep open tone.

I am enjoying the slip on, nice sound.

I just installed these on my 2012 HD Fatboy Lo. Perfect fit and sound great. Easy to install it took me about 30-45 minutes. Very satisfied with the Slip-ons.

These slip ons are great. They are loud enough but not obnoxiously loud.

Very happy with the sound great going down highway, nice throaty sound at stop and loud as heck when taking off.

Put the pipes on, then left for Sturgis, SD. Rode almost 600 miles while in SD. They were great. My buddy who rode with me said they were not too loud following. He took my bike for a short ride and said they sounded great. Love them. Will say to anyone they are worth getting.

The fit is real good. The quality seems to be good, I've had them for around 100 miles. Installed in less than 15 minutes. Upgraded sound. Good rumble. Sounds better than stock. Not loud at all.

Louder than I expected. Fit and finish were great. They should add that you should probably get new gaskets when you order these some times the factory ones fall apart and are hard to get out.

I am not the least bit mechanically inclined, but these were a breeze to install, the sound is absolutely what I was looking for, I can hear them while riding with a full-face and music on. Craftsmanship seems good, came well packed. For the pirce point a think these are a great buy.

I just installed these on my 21 RGS. They have the perfect sound I was looking for. At idle a nice low rumble, when you get on it, they come to life. I can hear them while going down the road with a full face on, it's still cold here...Looked at a variety of pipes and these fit the bill. They don't break the bank and, sound great.

Fit the price, these are amazing Slip-Ons. Great sound. Quality chrome. They look as amazing as they sound. I've had them on stock and after market head pipes. This is my third set.

Ordered NH for my 15 road king. Great sound and looks. So I ordered them for my 21 RG. Installed them with the VH fuel pak 4.

Second set I purchased. Deep rumble on idle, just what a Harley should sound like.

My goal was to keep the Harley sound but a bit louder. Was definitely louder but compromised the Harley sound. So I installed torque inserts which toned it down some but would have been easier if I could pull the baffles some to install them but one couldn't get to move, the other got to move but too hard and damage the chrome a little. So had to drill through the battle screw hole. I think the sound will grow on me.

Was exactly what I ordered. Would be nice if they came with new clamps, but my old ones worked alright. Sounds great.

I put these on a 2019 Indian chieftain limited and they sound great not to loud and just deep enough but doesn't overpower the radio at 100mph radio is crystal clear and u hear just a deep rumble of the neighbor haters!

A little too quiet, but better than stock slipons. If you have true duals they will be louder as the stock headers block a lot of exhaust on the left side.

I bought a set of these after hearing a couple of bikes that had them, along with the factory header, which I also have. I liked how they sounded, and they sound pretty similar on my 2023 Ultra Limited. There are reviews from people who bought them without hearing them first, then saying things like "I was expecting something different" because they were either louder or not as loud as what they imagined in their head after reading a couple of reviews or just simply seeing the name and making assumptions. Why would you expect anything at all if you didn't actually hear how they sound before making the purchase? Makes no sense to me. Do some research. If you like how they sound on a bike that is set up like yours, you probably won't be disappointed. No complaints about fit, sound, performance, or quality issues. Well worth the price, IMO.

Easy to install. The only issue I had is not being informed new gaskets were needed. If I had known I would've bought from parts giant. They are not as loud as I expected but good product for the money

I tried cutting out the baffles on my stock mufflers but didn't care for the hollow sound. Cobra NH are not quite as loud as the stock mufflers without baffles but they sound better and look great. Cobra hit the sweet spot for most riders and they are not obnoxiously loud but loud enough. And I like that they are made in the USA. Ride on!

Loud enough for me at all RPM'S . Decent low speed rumble. Fits correctly and easy install. Be sure to use Harley gaskets as they have little raised bosses on collar to keep the gasket from sliding in too far during install.

Best bang for your buck, if you want your M7 Harley to rumble with the stock exhaust heres the answer! Fitment was perfect! No tune needed for these on my bike.

Not quite as loud as I expected but still nice and throaty when driving normally. Very nice bark when I hit the throttle hard. An improvement over the V&H that came on the bike, and the price was was right. Easy installation.

My bike had stock exhaust which was very quiet these slips on gave it a much deeper rumble and it barks pretty good when you crank the throttle. I would buy them again.

Extremely pleased! The sound is great. The ease of installation is Great. Makes the stock mufflers sound like a kitten purr. Could it be louder?? Sure, but not for me. I can hear the rumble when I rev, but still hear the radio just fine. My wife says it's too loud, but she only rides from time to time. As far as I can tell they are great and look nice on the bike. Not overly load, but I'm a believer in to be heard is to be seen. I love them been wanting something other then stock for sometime. I have an 2018 ultra low Harley and how I put it it sounds more like an old Harley, not a new one, lol.

I watched some youtube videos on these slip ons and was interested so ordered a set. Easy install and after a waxing to remove finger prints I fired up the bike. Wow, I love the sound! A lot better than my stock pipes! You want a good sound for your bike, these are the ones!

Just finished putting on. Great Bark at idle and acceleration. Left baffles in, Way to loud for me without. Easy install, About twenty minutes including cleaning. COBRA does not disappoint, Ride on, Ride Safe

These pipes are nice but if you really want them loud you have to take the baffles out. That's the only way your neighbors will hate you.

These mufflers are not as loud as the name implies. There just loud enough to get plenty of attention. Has a nice deep rumble to them . They kind of growl a little when you upshot. Love the sound.

I did not know how the difference of the stock pipes on my 2000 sportster to the neighbor haters, the bike sounds like a v twin, love them! Love the sound! Love the price.

I have to say that the neighbor haters are very easy to put on. Hardest part is getting old slip on off. They sound pretty good on my street glide. Now it's time for aftermarket air cleaner and fuel pack. I am going to have to Dyno tune the bike after the pipes ugh. I just had it done months before.

I got a 2019 road glide ultra, all stock. I put these nh slip ons on my bike and when I started it I got a instant smile on my face. Just what I was looking for good sound and quality.

Love the neighbor haters! Easy to order, easy to install. Came quick. Installation took maybe 45 min, was harder to get my old slip ons off the bike than to install the neighbor haters. Sound is really good and seems to get even better the more I ride and break them in.

I had stage 1 racing kit. With the neighbor Hater pipes they make the trike..it sounds so good.

My package arrived well packed and undamaged, they look great on my bike, and are really loud, more so then I like, I wear ear plugs and they are still loud. You don't have a problem hearing me approaching you from any direction, it turns a lot of heads so I know they sound good. I wish there was some way to quieten them some what, because I don't really hate my neighbors that much.

Great pipes, great easy install. Thought about removing the baffles but will wait a while as the way they sound is different than my last set or v and h pipes. Louder rumble at idle, mid range is ok but can no longer hear the factory stereo after 70 mph. Love it!

Now for the Cobra NH Slip-On exhaust, they are AMAZING. Even after reading the reviews, I was unsure if they would meet my exception. Well, they did plus some. Bring my 2021 RGS to life without over doing it. It's just an overall great sound. Exactly what I was looking for. My intent was to use these slip-ons until I was ready to get the 2 into 1 full exhaust but now I'm in no rush to change out the header pipes.

Nice looking pipes but they are pretty quiet. I was very disappointed for the money I spent and the name of them you'd think they were going to be loud. Not even close. If you want loud go with something with no baffle. These sound cheap when your on the throttle. At idle behind the bike they sound ok. My bike has a milwaukee 8 that's been camed and has an open air filter, I was hoping to put these on and it be loud. Wrong. I'll leave them on for another 1k to see if they get louder.

I ordered the cobra neighbor haters because I wanted something loud. They sound good but not to wake the dead like they say.

Easy installation and not too loud but just the right sound I was looking for. So much better than the stock pipes they put on new bikes.

Great sound at a decent price. Deep and loud with a great bark when you snap the throttle. Looks nice on my Electra.

Was able to reuse original muffler gaskets, went in easy, look good, not as loud as expected, but may burn in some, and part is accurate.

These look nice and appear well made, but in my opinion, a waste of money. The exhaust still sounds like someone has a pillow stuffed in the pipes. Now I'll be taking these off to lay in the shed and installing a complete system. There was no noticeable change in how the bike runs, or power. My neighbors minivan with a rusted out muffler is louder. No idea where the "neighbor hater" nickname came from, the sound is lame. At 70 on the highway, you cannot even hear the pipes. I installed these on a 2021 Street Glide Special 114 engine.

Great slip ons. They are packaged great. Good finish. They sound good. Not super loud. Not really neighbor haters, but sound good and do not override your radio.

I put them on my 2020 Street Glide Special, & they're perfect. At first I thought they were a little quiet but, they've opened up a bit with miles on them. If you want that low rumble when you fire your bike up, or when you're motoring down the road, then I highly recommend you purchase these slip-ons, and slip them right on your bike.

Got these for my 2020 Slim with a 107 M8 and they sound spectacular.

I give these a solid 4 and here’s why. Installed these on my 13 street glide, looks good and easy install. I have factory pipes, no headers. To be called neighbor haters - It’s not that loud unless you really get on it. Idle it’s pretty quiet, running at 55-70 it’s great because you can still hear the stereo. I seriously doubt though your neighbors will hate them.

I purchased a pair of Cobra Neighbor Hater mufflers after reading several reviews from customers about the speed of delivery and the quality of the product upon arrival. This is my first time purchasing parts from them and they definitely did not disappoint! I ordered them on Thursday night and they arrived on Saturday in perfect condition!

This Cobra Neighbor Hater Slip-On Exhaust fulfilled my needs for the time being. The cost was reasonable and it increased the performance and sound of the engine. The only reason I rated it a 4 rather than 5 is that I would prefer the exhaust be a little louder, but for the most part the pipes are fine and will suffice until I install the Stage 1 kit. The Cobra NHs do not require any tuning which is a plus and only took about 30 minutes to install.

Kept going back and forth on many reviews on many slip-ons. Finally made the decision to get Cobra headers and Neighbor Hater exhaust/slip-ons, only disappointment is I didn't get them sooner. Has a great sound when accelerating and down shifting while maintaining a comfortable level while just cruising down the road with the music playing. After listening to the videos/sound on other reviews, I found that it did not do it justice. I'm running with the baffles in, didn't attempt to take the baffles out, I don't find the need to as the sound is already great.

Sounds great on my 2020 street bob. Good value would definitely buy again. Easy install and yes buy the gaskets before hand the old ones will not survive.

They are amazing! Sound and look so much better than the stock exhaust! Only had one issue, one of the supplied hex bolts to mount the exhaust to the bike the head broke off, but other than that I’m extremely happy with them!

Part did not come with the required gasket, not a show stopper, just an inconvenience.

Purchased the cobra NH definitely no where near as loud as they are portrayed to be, but still better than stock.

Good looking pipes, they sound loud and low which is what I wanted. I pulled the baffles off before I installed them but if I ever need to put them back on (don’t know why) it’s just a couple of screws and there in... I did not hear them with baffles on. Install was very easy.

Superb product, Cobra has restored my Harley Davidson's exhaust note. The OEM mufflers sound like a Vespa. I wanted to give a five star rating across the board but there is one issue concerning fit on a 2020 Heritage. NHs end about 5.5" from the end of the saddlebag. While not a problem when running the saddlebag gets very hot when shutting down the engine. Especially in a garage with no moving air. It is easily mitigated by cutting a piece of black plumber's heat shield and gluing it to the bottom of the saddlebag.

Cobra slip ons sound really good on my 2017 RGS. I have a set of Cobra speedster swepts on my 2011 Stryker. All your products are awesome.

I’m so happy I purchased the Cobra Neighbor Haters from Parts Giant. Packaged right with no damage. The install was easy on my 2020 Street Glide Special, and the sound has a deep growl at idle. The research I obtained revealed no tuning is required! Now this motorcycle sounds like a Harley!

Received my mufflers sound great! When I opened the box I found 2 black marker circles. Quality control obviously caught a blemish on my right slip on. I took pics and reported it but they wanted me to return them but I had waited long enough for them ( not any fault of parts giant). Thought they might offer some sort of discount. Anyway. Other than that they were good to deal with.

I was very pleased when I got my new mufflers. very easy to install and just loud enough. I still have the stock manifolds on my bike looking to go aftermarket when my warranty is up. I have heard some bikes with the cats removed and it is even louder. If you want loud but not too loud leave the cats. If you want the neighbors to hate you then run without. You even have the option to remove the baffles on the mufflers themselves. Either way great sound!

The neighbor hater slip on pipes are sweet, great sound and really wake up distracted drivers; they have saved me more than once. These pipes look great also and a super nice price, very pleased.

I wanted a deeper throatier sound than stock. I installed a stage 1 with a high flow air intake keeping original cover. Had slip on installed and the electronic tuner set. I love the deep sound. Now my Harley sounds like I remember from when I was a young boy desiring a Harley. Perfect addition.

Nice look, very easy to install but they didn't sound as loud as I thought they would. I definitely think they sound great compared to the factory pipes I removed. Hopefully they break in more and get louder as I was told by someone that they will, time will tell.

I didn’t do any stage upgrades on my Road Glide. Putting these pipes on the bike did exactly what I was hoping they would do—great sound and tone and it definitely is louder than with the stock pipes but not offensively loud. They sound great and did not affect performance in any way.

My 2020 Streetglide Special sounds like a Harley-Davidson now. I installed them myself in probably 45 minutes. I got the ones with the black coating and they look sharp and sound great.

Put the 3" neighbor hater slip on exhaust on my 2018 FXBRS. To me they were a waste of money. They should be called Neighbor Whispers. Pretty much the same sound as the stock mufflers.

Only took about 45 mins to put them on and that is because I spent 15 mins looking for tools. They have a nice deep sound and plenty loud. However when you get to cruising speed they do not over power your sound system. They look great on the bike. I have the street fluids with the stretched bags so the larger ends fill the space on the bags nicely. They are not the loudest I have ever heard but for the price they look great and sound pretty good. Would recommend to those that are on a budget but want to add some sound to their bike.

The product itself looks awesome and sounds better than my expectations. The only downside is that the provided hex bolts, 3 out of 4 broke while tightening, using torque wrenches and according to specifications. They had to be extracted out. Eventually, I had to use the old stock bolts, which made a 20 minute job take longer than three hours...cheap cheap bolts.

Just installed the Cobra Neighbor Hater slip-on's on my 2019 FLHR. The installation took about 20 min. and I'm very happy with the way they sound. Just a bit louder than stock with a deeper rumble at idle but they wake up when accelerating and have a nice low rumble in cruise. They make the M8 107 sound like a Harley should.

Unfortunately these did not fit my manifold outlet. I've got the Screamin' Eagle exhaust which has a 2-1/4" outlet which didn't fit the 1-7/8" standard. I was disappointed at Screamin Eagle not Parts Giant. I ordered on Friday before the Memorial weekend and got them the next day on Saturday. Would definitely purchase from PartsGiant again.

I am very pleased with my new Cobra Neighbor Haters. The new neighbor haters made by bike sound proud and loud. And they look real good on my bike. Pleased with the price range. Very reasonable.

If you can't afford a full custom exhaust, Cobra is the way to go. I put my bike side to side with the same size bike when the full custom exhaust. It was just as loud and in my opinion sounded 100% better. It has a deep rumble like any Harley should.

I was running a set of Vance & Hines Titan 450's. Wasn't really impressed with the sound they had. I was told about these and decided to give them a try. They were cheaper than the v&h's. I was surprised by the sound they had.

Just wanted the sound and a little extra power. Didn't really notice the extra power, but the sound is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install. Instructions are straight forward and easy to understand. Didn't suggest a torque on the hardware, but I used 40 ft. pounds on the front clamps and 10 ft. pounds on the hanger bolts.

Only took me about 35 minutes to change them out. Seem to be of high quality, install very easily. Have already put about 500 miles on them with no issues. They are not overly loud when cruising down the highway and have recommended them to other riders. They definitely let cars know you are there and they are plenty loud for that neighbor.

NH slip on for 2019 Softail Slim, arrive in timely manner and 30 minutes tops to install taking my time. Do go and purchase exhaust muffler gaskets before your install from your local dealer. They produce a nice noticeable difference in sound, without having to re-map. OEM heat shields will not work if you plan on putting them back on, but why would you. Smaller than stock mufflers, cleans up the look of your slim.

Took me about a half hour to remove and install new pipes. Nice rumble at idle, comes alive when on the throttle. An upgrade from stock pipes. I installed them on a 2016 Roadglide special, worth the money.

Happy with the appearance and sound of my new pipes. The left muffler went on easily. The right side muffler was slightly bent at the opening where it connects to the exhaust pipe. Once that was straightened, it still would not go on to the pipe. Mechanic buddy of mine gave me a pipe expander, which worked with some effort. Still required some soapy water to forcefully slide the right muffle on. Again, happy with the sound and appearance, but installation was NOT as easy as expected. 30 minutes no way.

I am a retired R & D mechanic for Harley Davidson motor company and have owned Harley's for over 45 years so i have seen many varieties of slip on performance mufflers over the years. The Cobra Neighbor Hater touring slip fit touring mufflers are absolutely the best i have ever seen. Very noticeable torque increase over the performance 4 inch mufflers that i had been running. Much better exhaust note during acceleration and deceleration. Fit and finish is top notch. Far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

These sound great, exactly what I was looking for. I have a 2011 ultra classic with the original head pipes and converter still intact. They claim to be neighbor haters but I don't find them to be that loud. Just a nice deep sound. Shipping was amazing.

First of all I came across partsgiant.com through a YouTube video from a user who recommended the pipes and the website for the COBRA NEIGHBOR HATERS for a 2019 STREET GLIDE SPECIAL...so first things first ...I literally ordered these no more than 48 hours ago and they’re already installed. PARTSGIANT was right on the money when they said these would fit . I literally watched a few videos on how to install and it literally took no more than an hour. The toughtest part was the right side exhaust and every video said it so it was no surprise that you have to use some elbow grease to pull that sucker out and to put the new one back on. A little WD40 helped pull it out and slide it back in (that’s what she said ) .

These pipes are EVERYTHING, 100% as described. I am completely satisfied with the new sound of my Street Glide. I think my wife said it best when she stated and I quote "Now the bike sounds like it looks". It has a nice deep rumble at idle and a robust growl on throttle. The overall improved sound does not drown out the factory sound system at 75mph.

Great product that's not overpriced like most. It's not much louder over stock but I don't need to re-map/flash the ECM and I'm after a better sound not louder! And from past experience I know if I want louder I can always swap out the stock header in the future (+ dyno/reprogram) and I know these pipes sound great with aftermarket​ headers.

They look great, very easy to install, but Neighbor Hater is a bit strong. Not the loudest but definitely louder than stock. Unless you're in your neighbor's garage at full throttle they probably won't hate you much more than before. Good pipes at a good price.

2015 Road King 103. 1 hour to remove stock pipes and install new NHs, perfect fit. Not as loud as I thought, but bike sounds like a Harley now! Did not re-calibrate ECM. Put on 120 miles since installation. No performance issues. Sound is great, nice low rumble.

Ordered mufflers Thursday night and got them Saturday. Had them installed in a half hour with no issues. They have a nice low rumble at idle and sound a lot better than the screaming eagles I had.

I don't know if the 1 or the 5 is the highest rating. Whichever is the highest is the one I want. I ordered my Cobra Neighbor Haters on Sunday and I got them on Tuesday. The quality is outstanding and the sound is perfect. These are on a 2018 Harley Street Glide. The price is really cheap. No problem putting them on. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I was researching slip on exhausts with Harley’s ‘17 and ‘18 warranty void BS. I was extremely cautious to purchase a slip on in fear of it sounding cheap and wimpy. I wasn’t able to find anyone who had slip ons to heat in person and based my decision solely on YouTube videos. I can’t even express how great these sound. Deep and throaty much better looking and sounding than the stock by far and the best price. A+ would recommend until you get a full exhaust!

Great sound for the touring bikes, nice deep rumble at idle, but can still hear the radio, shipping was super fast and super good service from parts giant. They were showing "out of stock " on the site so I called, the guy put me on hold for a few minutes and went to "lay my hands on them" so I got them shipped that day, no shipping, to my front door because that young man actually tried to help me instead of just saying "they're out" so bravo, that my friends earns my business. Not to mention they're about 30 bucks cheaper than any other site. I would highly recommend.

Installed them on a 2015 HD Limited and it immediately improves the look of the bike. The install is easy and straight forward, just make sure you get the clamps completely out of the way when you take off the stock mufflers. Sounds is a deep rumple, like the sound of distant thunder. Very nice. Not too loud. Had V&H Shortshots on a Sportster 48 before and these are not even close to being as obnoxiously loud as those were. But the Cobra's are noticeably louder than stock and have this nice dark tone to them. Desired improvement and I am very happy with the result.

I ordered these Slip-On pipes for my 2017 Harley-Davidson Road King. You will need a 1/2, 9/16, & 5/8 socket to take off the stock pipes. And to mount the pipes. I hade the pipes on in 21 minuets. I used mechanic gloves to protect the pipes. It was fast and simple. They sound amazing. My Girl rides a 08 Harley-Davidson Softail Deluxe. She has the VH Long shots. They sound very close to hers. But these sound better rolling. I give it a 10 a freaking 10. LOL.
