That would depend on what else you have done to your bike. If stock, most likely not necessary. If you have an intake or slip-ons etc, then I would suggest adding a tuner as well.

Yes, if you were to select the FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra Cobra Pro Chamber Head Pipes from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct headers to fit your machine. The 909 mufflers from Cobra will certainly work with the headers as those are designed to fit the stock headers. Enjoy that extra volume!

This particular exhaust comes with 12mm oxygen sensor bungs. You need the Cobra Pro Chamber Dual Bung Head Pipes as those pipes come with 18mm bungs that'll fit the Thundermax ECM's oxygen sensors.

With a properly tuned engine, intake, Neighbor Hater mufflers and Pro Chamber head pipes on the new M8 engines, you can see power gains around 8-10 horse and up to 12 Ft lbs of torque when properly tuned. I would highly suggest a Cobra Power Pro Black or Vance and Hines FP3 fuel tuner to get the mode power output possible from the new setup.

These pipes are not compatible with any of the HD pipes for M8 models due to the right side slip on design. There is a support near the PowerPort that will not accept HD stock design for the factory or Screaming Eagle slip-ons. You would have to go with an aftermarket muffler such as the Cobra Neighbor Haters or any other slip-ons listed for 2017-2019 touring.

The Cobra Pro chamber head pipes have a larger diameter junction at right slip-on for the 2017-2019 Harley Davidson Touring models. Just keep in mind these headers only work with aftermarket slip-ons. They will not fit factory HD slip-ons due to a clearance issue on the original mufflers design.

This header will indeed include a new Cobra designed crossover pipe that is made of round exhaust tubing.

This header will fit with any aftermarket slip-ons that are designed to fit factory head pipes. The original HD pipes have a bracket on the right side that will not work with the power chambers design. This is the only reason you would need aftermarket slip ons to work with these head pipes. The S&S MK45 would fit just fine.

This will work much like a 2:1 system by providing better scavenging over the stock header. The PowerPort collector has been enlarged to become a pulse chamber that accelerates exhaust scavenging. Keep in mind, you can only use these headpipes with aftermarket slip ons designed to fit M8 touring models. These headpipes will not work in combination with stock Harley-Davidson mufflers due to the right muffler slip design.

So long as the Race Pro slip-ons you have are designed to fit Milwaukee 8 touring bikes, you should have no problem fitting them to these headers. It's only when users attempt to fit stock mufflers, or mufflers for Twin Cam Touring models that they run into issues. Basically, so long as the mufflers are the correct aftermarket items for the model you select from our fit guide, you should have no problem fitting them to your machine.

Cobra's Pro Chamber head pipes will fit any aftermarket muffler for any of the machines you select from our fit guide, including their Neighbor Haters. So long as you have one of the machines listed in our fit guide, you won't have any problems adding these headers to your bike along with the Neighbor Hater slip-on mufflers.
