Show Chrome's engine side covers for the Honda Gold Wing are not designed to be an exact replica of the OEM units they are to replace. Rather, they're stylized to provide a different look. You should have no problem bolting these to your machine.
Is there another chrome fitted piece that covers the oil dipstick and oil reservoir?

There is indeed another cover included with the kit and it does cover the oil dipstick and the oil reservoir. Both covers original ones that come on the Gold Wing.
