Only thing I can say is don't use the screws that were supplied with the speakers use your original screws the one south center too long and can damage the faring as far as the quality of sound. Nice upgrade sounds fantastic.

Will there be a noticeable difference while using stock radio?

In a word, yes. You will notice a difference in the quality of sound when compared to stock. We've not garnered any complaints, in terms of sound quality, by our customers who've put these speakers on their machine. All Hogtunes speakers are specifically engineered to work with the needs of the open-cockpit design of street bikes. You can expect to hear a lot more of the music you're playing, even with the stock radio.
are these speakers water resistant? What speakers do you offer that are ?

Generally speaking, Hogtunes speakers are water resistant to the point that they're suitable for use on a bike. They can withstand a heavy downpour whilst the bike is parked and uncovered, and certainly while you cruise in the rain. Their breaking point is, for example - if you were to use a pressure washer on your bike and hit 'em straight on. You'll rupture the woofer that way, for certain. Basically, you want to avoid spraying water directly on them, but otherwise - they're rather tolerant of any combination of the wind and rain you'd find in nature.
