Can it be used on a 2015 electral glide with 4 hogtunes speakers bike or just the 2 ?

This two channel amp can only amplify two speakers at a time. You can use it to amp just the fairing speakers, or just the trunk speakers. You can stack the amps if you needed to add a separate amp at a later time. If you know you want all four speakers amplified, it would be best to purchase the four channel kit. will this amp work with stage 1 boom audio speakers

This Hogtunes 2 channel amplifier is designed to work with any Hogtunes or OEM HD speaker, it produces peak performance using two ohm speakers. You should have no issue driving stage one Boom audio speakers from Harley Davidson.
I have a kawasaki vulcan vaquero 2012 with fortunes speaker I just installed. My speakers sound no different from my factory , if I add this amp will it increase the sound and its clarity. And is the wire harness fitted for my Vulcan vaquero radio as a plug n play too

Hogtunes only produces this 2 channel amp kit for Harley Davidson motorcycles. They do offer a version very similar that includes two front speakers and a 2 channel amp for Kawasaki models that are plug and play under their Metrix brand. Two things, is it necessary to connect the amp to the battery or can the power be taking from somewhere in the fairing and can I use a 2 channel amp in my ultra classic for I have a detachable tour pack don't use the rear speakers very often

You could certainly connect the kit to just about any 12V power source on your bike, but since it comes with a wire harness ready-to-go, strapping it to the battery isn't difficult at all. Regarding your second question - since this amplifier is specifically designed for powering the front speakers, you can do whatever you want with the rears as they're powered by the OEM amp in the head unit.

I have an XM module installed on my bike on top of the main radio with a main wiring harness. Will this affect the fitment of the amplifier?

Without knowing exactly which bike it is that you have and what XM module you're using, I can't say for sure if you'll have troubles putting this amp on your bike. That said, since almost every XM unit we know of connects on the input side of the head unit, they don't get in each other's way. The Hogtunes amps are connected to the output side of the radio. Furthermore, these amps are of a Class D design, meaning, they won't emit electromagnetic interference with other radio components on your machine.
does it wire direct to battery if so how does it tuner off, I watched utube and seem to wire direct, so what turns it on and off
Yes, the Hogtunes amplifier does connect to the battery, but it also plugs directly into the bike's OEM wire harness which is switched on and off by the ignition switch. In doing so, the amp won't draw power when the bike is turned off. This way, you don't have to worry about draining the battery. The included instructions clearly explain how to wire this up to your bike, so you should have no problem getting this kit on your bike.
