Trail Tech's high-output electrical systems provide a significant improvement of the onboard power supply on your motorcycle or ATV. These kits are ideally suited to trail riders or adventure riders looking to add electrical accessories without straining the (often) minimal power supply available on the machine in stock form.
Each kit includes the appropriate stator, wire harness and rectifier and/or battery pack as required for your specific machine. Thanks to the detailed instructions, most kits can be installed with one night spent in the garage. The result allows you to install high-output lights, an on-board computer or 12V electrical outputs, among other things.

It works great. install was easy only thing with my 2009 ktm 530 exc I had to install a switch to the main ground or all the lights are on all the time.

Unfortunately no, Trail Tech does not produce a complete high-output electrical system with the stator and rectifier to fit the 2016 KTM 450 XC-F. But fear not! We do have a stand-alone Trail Tech High Output Stator which is compatible with the OEM regulator. That is to say, the bike is more than capable of handling the additional power output of the Trail Tech stator without the need to buy a new regulator. With that stator, your bike will be able to power additional electrical devices with ease.
I ask because i know that the regular 2010's have the newer frames and the CE's have the 2009 model frames. Not sure what else might be different.
While the frames between the bikes vary, the charging system is mostly the same. In fact, Trail Tech's catalog specifically mentions that the kit for the 2007 thru 2011 model year 530 EXCs will also fit the Champions Edition for the same model year. You should have no problem fitting the charging kit to your bike.
