These billet oil filter brackets were originally created to complete S&S T124 dual cam engines, but they are an excellent upgrade for stock Harley-Davidson Twin Cam 88 engines as well. The bracket places the filter slightly farther from the crankcase to allow just that little bit of extra clearance that makes installation and removal of the filter a lot easier. However, what really makes this filter bracket useful is that it allows oil to be routed to an oil cooler right from the filter mounting bracket.
