Great product. Only one installation issue. If you expect those hose clamps to last, your wrong. I like these so much that this is my second set after losing one. Now once I get them on and aligned I replace the bolts that hold the bracket on and drilled through my crash bars and secured it with a bolt. These baby's aren't going anywhere now!

Not that I have a lot of experience with this product. But I was very pleased with it. Easy to install. Well made.
Recently my bike fell over (don't you hate when that happens), and it received some damage to the mounting blocks (which I am trying to see if I can get some replacements for) and the hose clamps that held them to the crash bars broke off (preventing damage to my crash bar). Hose clamps are well hidden and the look is good. They are adjustable to fit your particular size, but you may be limited as to how much. I'm an 5'9", and am comfortable with the position.

These Parts Unlimited Floorboards for the 1999 Honda GL1500CT Valkyrie Tourer will bolt straight onto the bike with no permanent modifications. They're designed to work perfectly with the OEM Valkyrie foot controls.
I have a 1986 gl1200i. I'm looking for floorboard without shifters.
For your 1986 GL1200I, these cruise boards will not fit the factory foot peg location, they are to be used as highway cruise boards. These engine guard cruise boards mount to the factory Honda engine guards via the included mounting brackets. Those brackets work with OEM case guards to hold everything in place.
