Does it come with all the hardware including heat shields? How easy is it to install on 2013 dyna switchback?

Yes, all required installation hardware is included in the box. You needn't purchase any additional parts in order to bolt this up to the Switchback.
Installation is rather straightforward. If you're comfortable with doing things like an oil change or replacing the battery, putting the exhaust shouldn't be difficult as no special tools are required. An evening or two in the garage is all it takes.
