Your best bet would be a stage 1 jet kit in the form of a CRF450X Dynojet Carburetor Jet Kit. As to your specific jetting requirements, I can't say for sure exactly what sizes you'll need. No less, the included CRF450 jet kit instructions do an excellent job of explaining how to get a good baseline for your bike's specific configuration. After that, a test ride or two is usually all it takes to get everything dialed in perfectly.
A bike's weight limit has no effect on what type of exhaust that can be used. You would have to examine your bike's manual in order to determine what weight limit it may have.
Yoshimura's RS-2 Enduro Series full exhaust system installs in the stock location. You should have no problem using this exhaust with your height of 5'2".
