Will I have to get my 2007 fatboy tuned by adding this intake I already have v&h short shots.

If your bike is already tuned for the exhaust system, you may be able to get away with no additional tuning for the Hypercharger. You should be able to tell once it is installed and running.
What mods will I have to make if I add v&h shortshots to my 2003 1200c sportster?

Yes, you'll need to adjust fuel delivery to get the most out of your new Vance & Hines exhaust. Basically, anytime you change the exhaust or intake on your bike, you will want to change fueling as well to get the best possible engine performance out of your machine. To do that on a 2003 Sporster 1200C, we recommend the Dynojet Carburetor Jet Kit.
