I ride a Harley and would like to attach these to my engine guard bar which is 1 1/4"..Just want to make sure the clamp provided will be the right size for 1 1/4 engine guard

These particular Kuryakyn Cruise Mounts come with 1 inch clamps, so they're not going to work for your needs. The closest thing we have to fit your bike comes in the form of Kuryakyn's ISO Wing Driver Footpegs with Clevis/Magnum Quick Clamp as those have 1-1/4" diameter clamps on them that would fit your engine guards.
