Answer QuestionDepending on the machine you have, the plate is secured to your bike's swingarm via a model-specific mount kit that, as noted in the description, is required, but sold separately. All of Kuryakyn's Curved Side-Mount license plate holders require a model-specific mounting kit. Simply search our site for "Kuryakyn Vertical Side-Mount License Plate Mount Clamp," select your machine and order that along with the license plate holder and you'll be all set.
