i have a 2015 street glide special, will these grips fit as the originals do, clutch side under the control cluster, and throttle side compatible to electronic throttle

Yes, that's correct - the grips are designed to fit in place of the stock grips in the same manner; clutch side fits under the control cluster and the right side is designed to work with the OEM throttle-by-wire system.
So long as you have the original controls fitted to your machine, you should have no problem putting these grips on your bike.
