Yes, if you were to select the 2016 Harley Davidson FLTRU Road Glide Ultra shifter shaft from our fit guide, you'd receive the correct part to fit your machine. It's build to be the same size and shape as the OEM Harley shifter shaft making installation a straight-forward affair.

You may want to replace the shifter shaft seal with a James Shifter Shaft Oil Seal, but other than that - there's no need for any other gaskets to replace this particular part on your machine.
