You may want to replace the shifter shaft seal with a James Shifter Shaft Oil Seal, but other than that - there's no need for any other gaskets to replace this particular part on your machine.

is this an extended shaft-I want to put on a heel toe shift using the stock toe peg.I see only room for the toe shift need one to fit toe & heel shifter-do you have that model?

This particular unit is designed as a stock replacement only and has a provision for a heal-toe arrangement. Just fit it in place of the OEM unit and you're all set.
